Christina Griffin, AMFT

Child & Teen Therapy

Christina specializes in working with children, tweens, and teens. Her approach is relational, experiential, and depth-oriented, grounded in the belief that young people often communicate what they are experiencing in ways that extend beyond words. She incorporates play, creativity, imagination, and conversation to meet each young person where they are.

Drawing from Gestalt play therapy, expressive arts, Brainspotting, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches, Christina supports young people navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief and loss, family changes, identity exploration, school and peer difficulties, and trauma. She is particularly interested in understanding what may be happening beneath behaviors or symptoms rather than focusing solely on changing them.

Agnes Cartry-Jacobsen,LMFT

 Psychotherapist

I have been a Healing Arts practitioner for over 19 years in the fields of Hypnotherapy, Somatic Healing and Reiki. I cherish every person’s longing for growth, fulfillment, and meaning. For my own sense of fulfillment, I recently graduated with a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a Depth orientation from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I bring years of creative expression to the field of therapy and I have long-term experience working with children and adults alike, with an emphasis on somatic, mindful, and person-centered modalities to respond to depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief.

Spencer Campbell, LMFT

Director, Psychotherapist

I offer healing and transformational therapy. Healing therapy aims at symptom management and neurological and emotional reprogramming. I use trauma-focused treatments, such as EMDR and Somatic Processing to help my clients process acute and complex traumatic experiences in order to minimize and integrate difficult emotions and create space for deeper transformative work. Transformational therapy involves helping clients establish access to and cultivate a relationship with awareness itself and is based on the principle that fundamental happiness requires self-forgetting, which occurs through deepening intimacy with Presence itself.

Relationship counseling: I help couples heal the core issues which relationship is designed to trigger, by helping establish a harmonious relationship with awareness and the essential masculine and feminine aspects of Being.  I assist couples in realizing that relationship with the ‘other’ is a reflection of one’s relationship with Self.  This deepening understanding transforms communication with the other and allows for a growing emotional capacity and increasingly happy, stable, and mature relationship.

Kendra Matott - Intake coordinator

As the Clinical Intake Coordinator,

I am looking forward to meeting you on your journey of transformative healing.  Therapy is an unfolding process with various layers.  The beginning stages allow for space to look at and unpack the parts of your self that allow you to move through life in the ways you currently do.  This allows me to get an understanding of your history, your family history, where you have been, and how you navigate these aspects of your life.

Trauma; ours, our family’s, and the collective; is deeply embedded in our structures.  Deep in our cell bodies and our bone structures, our DNA and our lineage.  Engaging in supportive processing allows me to understand a deep story of your connection to yourself and the world around you and feel into the energy of you. This is all necessary to safely determine what process modes will be best suited for you, continuing to be assessed throughout our journey together.

During this stage I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based awareness practices, Gestalt techniques such as the “Empty Chair”, Attachment Theory, and Relational work to support your journey.

Lexi Traub, AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

The only way out is through, and through trusting with whispers of your soul, even if it is wildly chaotic at times. The other options lead to illness and dissociation.

Learning to trust in the unknown is the work of intuition, but it is also the work of creativity.

The more comfortable we can feel in the unknown the more we can create original work, uniquely our own, and gain access to non-local intelligent information.

I teach people like you how to do this too, because as a fellow creative, wild, soul, you and I both know we are meant for big things. We change the world through our creativity.

Margo, AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hi, I’m Margo Gaza, a therapist, photographer, and artist, deeply passionate about helping others navigate their mental health journeys and, in turn, create a life filled with meaning. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. As someone who has experienced trauma and grief, I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on one’s life. This personal journey has fueled my empathy and commitment to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space for my clients to heal, grow, and actualize. Nature and creativity are the cornerstones of my life and practice. Together, we will reconnect to self, reconstruct narratives, and reintegrate joy.

I offer a holistic, integrative approach rooted in humanistic therapy, drawing from narrative therapy, transpersonal therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic modalities. I support clients in untangling painful patterns, reconnecting with inner wisdom, managing emotions, and cultivating healing through tailored interventions, creativity, and deep therapeutic presence. I specialize in working with teens and young adults.

Joselin Carranza, APCC

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

I believe that therapy is an opportunity to become more fully alive. I hope to support you in expanding your capacity to honor and exist within the full human experience while also creating space for experiences beyond the ego self. I hold space for duality and love working with the soul aspect of self, that which is innate and individual to each person, as a path toward a life that feels more meaningful and truthful.

My approach is largely nature-based, somatic, and embodied. I am influenced by the wisdom of earth-based cultures and traditions when I work with the natural, wild, and creative essences of the soul. With the support of somatic processing and embodied expression, I attend to painful emotions and traumas that are impacting your access to deep connection and felt aliveness in order to begin moving what your body has been holding on to.

Samantha Rasmusen, LMFT

Supervisor, Psychotherapist

Are you ready to heal? Ready to break unhealthy patterns that no longer serve you? I can help. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship and setting that is a living sanctuary for your heart and soul. In the darkest night of unimaginable pain and grief, one hand to hold, one heart to listen, can be all that’s needed to make it until the sun rises again. For those who feel lost, alone, heartbroken or grieving, I offer my attuned presence, compassion, and empathy.

When I sought therapy during a very difficult time in my life, my therapist allowed me to bring my 5-month-old son to sessions with me. As a new mother, this support was invaluable to me at that time in my life. I hope to offer similar support to mothers, birthing people, and primary caregivers. I work relationally with a humanistic transpersonal framework and utilize somatic, expressive arts, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive approaches. I can treat depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am a Somatic EMDR and Brainspotting trained practitioner and I also offer transpersonal, spiritual, and psychedelic integration. I hold space for your transformative spiritual, transpersonal, and exceptional experiences. Exploring childhood, intergenerational, and ancestral trauma, I am a compassionate companion on the healing journey.

Klai Brown, AMFT

Trauma-informed care

My mission is to accompany people through the moments when life asks for change, whether that’s healing old wounds, navigating transitions, shifting patterns, or seeking a deeper sense of connection. I offer a collaborative, attuned space where you can explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and move toward what feels more aligned and alive. This work centers your wisdom, your pace, and your agency. I’m here as a companion and ally, supporting the healing and growth you’re already moving toward.

My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma‑informed. I work with the body, the nervous system, and the relational patterns that shape our lives, while also honoring the cultural, historical, and ecological contexts we move through. My therapeutic orientation centers on depth and transpersonal psychology while being informed by a decolonial framework and intuitive practices that help us listen beneath the surface. Together, we follow what emerges with curiosity, presence, and respect for the complexity of your lived experience.

Brian Allen, LMFT

Psychotherapist

Whether you are looking for deep healing and transformation or support with life’s daily challenges, I seek to hold a space based on respect and care for you and your process. My experience ranges from private practice therapy working with individuals, couples, and children to working with people experiencing psychiatric crisis and providing psychedelic support and integration.

I believe that therapy provides an opportunity to connect in a way that is both helpful and healing for everyone. In the modern world it’s becoming increasingly rare to have the experience of truly being seen and heard, and I hope to provide the time, space, and support to allow that experience to unfold for you.

Therapy can be a chance to connect with feelings you have that don’t always get attention. We can take time together to look at the places you would like to explore, speak to what you would like to express, and connect with feelings you’d like to experience in a safe, supported environment.

Caitlin Pell, LMFT

Psychotherapist

I take a person-centered approach that is grounded in care and compassion. Seeking support for your emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs is the first step towards attaining greater freedom and ease in life. I acknowledge each client for taking this first and most difficult step, and intend to do my part in providing a safe & supportive atmosphere to begin exploring.

My intention is to gently guide you towards your own innate wisdom and fully support you as your transformation unfolds. I prefer to take a direct, experiential approach, meeting each client where they are at and honoring their individual needs. I specialize in body-based (somatic) inquiry to address a variety of issues, with a specific interest in treating trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. My therapeutic approach is uniquely inspired from my own personal experience with healing, drawing from both ancient Eastern philosophy and modern research-based theories of attachment and developmental trauma.

It is a profound joy to support others on their path towards freedom from suffering and awakening to a more meaningful, authentic, and happy life. I look forward to learning how I can serve you.

Mihai Algiu, LMFT

Psychotherapist

I view psychotherapy as a useful tool and support towards our innate pursuit of happiness, contentment and harmony. Whether recovering from years of addiction, healing from the aftermath of past wounds, navigating difficult relationship dynamics, dealing with trauma, loss, transition, uncovering old programmed limiting beliefs…..our innate authentic self/spirit strives towards wholeness and being in harmony with all things. My approach is experiential, effective and practical -influenced by Hakomi ~Mindfulness based Somatic Psychotherapy, Shadow Work, Gestalt, Psychodrama, Attachment Theory, CBT, as well as a variety of Eastern spiritual teachings (Advaita, 4th Way). I have extensive experience working with men, women and youth in crisis, as well as incarcerated men. I have a client-centered approach guiding the client back to their own innate inner wisdom, strengths and authentic self. I consider mindfulness and self-inquiry as an important ingredient in the process of healing, freedom from unnecessary suffering, and being happy celebrating the miracle of life.

Zina Petrov, LMFT

Psychotherapist

When we quiet our minds and open ourselves up to the possibilities and truth that are all around us, we can begin to see the beauty and intelligence even in the most misunderstood aspects of ourselves. Despite the pain and frustration that our struggles can bring, I believe that they are all intelligent attempts to survive. We can start to understand that our struggles are not weaknesses, but rather opportunities for growth and transformation. With love and awareness, we can change. We can learn to befriend all of our parts, even the ones that we may have previously rejected or denied.

To tailor my approach to each unique individual, I draw from a variety of modalities and frameworks, including Interpersonal Neurobiology, IFS, EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, Mindfulness, DBT, and CBT, In addition, I am experienced in working with couples and utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and General Systems Theory to help them navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Matthew Zavala, LMFT

Psychotherapist

I work with clients who are motivated, open, curious and seeking a deeper transformational experience of themselves. My clients are seekers of personal truth and existential wisdom that not only fosters personal growth but deepens their connection to those they love and to a grounded sense of presence in their lives. My clients are looking to re-establish a unified experience of the heart, mind and spirit to heal and soften the issues they are currently facing in their lives.

I integrate a strong mindfulness based component to my foundations in client centered psychotherapy. Incorporating my clients own personal, cultural, spiritual and religious orientations into treatment provides clients with personally relevant foundations from which they can access greater self-awareness and an outlet for continued personal growth & healing.
